DISPUTE RESOLUTION
I find that a lawsuit can be won mostly when counsel can discuss the case with his client from the start, and guide him along the way. I will say so when I believe the case has no merit, as I believe the client is always better off knowing. I have guided all sorts of clients in smaller or more complex litigations from the beginning until the end. I am qualified to represent you before all Belgian courts, administrative instances, intellectual property offices, and even in other courts in the EU.
COMMERCIAL LAW
Contracts are the cornerstone of every business, whether they're just on the basis of a handshake, on the basis of invoices, or on the basis of solid twenty to fifty page agreements. I have throughout my career drafted and analyzed all sorts of civil and commercial contracts, and have developed strong experience in advising across the full spectrum of these matters.
When I draft an agreement, the most important part is listening what it is my client and the parties want. I work from there. The look-and-feel may be similar, but each contract's details and process will be different and tailored to what the parties require.
