Since 2005, I have represented a multitude of private clients and companies in legal procedures before Belgian courts, administrative instances and arbitral tribunals, in Dutch, French, English and German. In part due to my specialty in the field of intellectual property rights, which has been the main focus of my career for the first ten years, many of these cases have been proceedings dealt with on a fast-track basis, either contradictorily or unilaterally.

If so required, I’ve assisted clients with e-mails and memoranda on business-related topics, such as contracts, procedural issues, consumer rights, commercial distribution agreements, insurance questions, intellectual property law in all of its aspects, and much more. My clients can count on my legal expertise to manage the legal framework supporting their endeavors. Experienced Counsel
Contract drafting requires focus, experience and ease of mind. Longer contracts aren't necessarily better, and the law can supplement a good contract. Yet, the understanding of what the law stipulates, what's mandatory and what can be deviated from, is essential. Contract drafting requires skill and patience. I have a large database of standard business agreements in different languages and ample experience in contract drafting.
